A virtual jury room, from anywhere.
Judges work in teams against the criteria of the ruleset the organizer chose. You see the exhibits assigned to your team, and nothing else gets in the way.
How a judge works
Accept the invitation
The organizer invites you by e-mail. Confirm your details, your languages and the classes you can judge.
Open your team
The sidebar shows your team and the exhibits assigned to it, in catalogue order.
Score each exhibit
Look through the frames and fill in the score sheet criterion by criterion. Save as you go and submit when done.
Discuss with the team
Compare scores and comments with your teammates in the exhibit's discussion.
Reconcile and lock
When every judge has submitted, the team lead locks the team score.
Write the jury report
The comments the exhibitor will read once results are published.
Everything a jury needs
Judge teams with a lead
Judges are organized into teams per class. The lead locks the team score, finalizes the report and handles the Grand Award.
Roles
Judge, team lead or honorary judge, who can read and comment without submitting a score.
Grand Award
Teams nominate their best exhibits, the Grand Jury votes, and the tally is shown when the round closes.
Automatic evaluation as a reference
When the expo uses it, you can see the automatic result alongside your own scoring. Your score is the one that counts in assisted mode.
Questions judges ask
Do I need to install anything or remember a password?
No. You sign in with a link sent to your e-mail address, and your work is saved as you go.
Will my name appear publicly?
If the expo has a public website with a judges page, confirming your invitation means your name, country and photo may appear there. The invitation says so.
In which language does the Jury Room work?
In English, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese or Hindi, whichever you choose.
