For commissioners

Your country's exhibitors, one conversation away.

In a real expo the organizer and the jury do not write to every exhibitor. They go through the commissioner of the exhibitor's country. Stamp.Show gives you the space to do it, with the whole country in one dashboard.

How a commissioner works

  1. Accept the invitation

The organizer adds you with your e-mail, your languages and the countries you cover. A single-use link activates your commissioner space.

  2. Open your country dashboard

See the exhibitors of your countries, the status of each exhibit and what still needs attention.

  3. Talk to your exhibitors

Each exhibit has its own conversation with its exhibitor, so questions about one exhibit stay with that exhibit.

  4. Relay what comes from above

Organizer and jury messages reach you first. Send them on as they are or edit them; the exhibitor reads them as coming from the organization, via you.

  5. Send questions up

Forward an exhibitor's question, quoted, to the organizer or to the jury, and pass the answer back.

  6. Read the results

Once the organizer publishes the results, see the medal, the points and the jury's comments of your exhibitors.

Everything a commissioner needs

The jury as one voice

Judges stay anonymous to exhibitors. You talk to the jury as a whole and relay what it says, so the gate stays closed where it should.

Several countries, one commissioner

Cover as many countries as you need. Each country has one commissioner per expo, and a country without one falls back to the organizer.

Messages in your language

Conversations are translated for the reader, with a switch to see the original of every message.

E-mail digests, not noise

Unread messages are grouped into a single e-mail per person, so nobody has to keep the page open.

Questions commissioners ask

Do I need an account or a password?

No. You sign in with a link sent to your e-mail address. Each expo gives you its own space.

Can I edit exhibits on behalf of an exhibitor?

No. Exhibitors build and submit their own exhibits. You follow their progress and talk to them.

When do I see the scores and the jury's notes?

Only after the organizer publishes the results. Before that, you see nothing of the jury's work.

What if my country has no commissioner?

The organizer talks to those exhibitors directly, so nobody is left without a channel.
