For exhibitors

Build your exhibit online and submit it with confidence.

No more guessing whether a PDF follows the rules. You work inside the expo, with the same frames and sheets the jury will see.

From registration to results

The organizer sends you a link. Everything else happens in your exhibitor portal.

  1. Register

Open the expo's portal and register with your e-mail address. The organizer may review your registration first.

  2. Open your exhibit

Once you are approved, your exhibit is created for you, with the class and frame count from your registration.

  3. Upload your sheets

Add scans or photos to the parts bin, or turn a whole PDF into one picture per page.

  4. Lay out the frames

Drag each picture onto its sheet, merge cells for larger formats, reorder, and preview the frame as the jury will see it.

  5. Add a synopsis

Upload a short PDF that presents your exhibit, if the expo asks for one.

  6. Submit

Once every sheet has a picture, submit the exhibit. Nothing is judged before you do.

  7. Read your results

When the organizer publishes the results, see your medal, your points and the jury's comments criterion by criterion.

Feedback you can use

Each criterion shows the points you got and the most you could get, with the jury's written comment.

Questions exhibitors ask

Which file types can I upload?

Pictures as JPG or PNG, or a PDF, where each page becomes a picture. The synopsis must be a PDF of up to 10 MB.

Can I change my exhibit after submitting?

Ask the organizer. Until you submit, you can edit the exhibit as often as you like.

Who can see my exhibit?

The jury, and the organizer. If the organizer enables it on the expo's public site, visitors can also browse submitted exhibits.
