However your exhibition works, the platform adapts to it.
A club show, a national or an international exhibition do not register exhibitors or judge exhibits the same way. You choose how entries come in and how exhibits are evaluated; the platform keeps the rest of the expo in order.
Any kind of exhibition
National or international
Exhibitors from one country or from many, with the languages of the interface covering six of them and a commissioner per country when you want one.
In person, virtual or both
Leave the venue off for a fully virtual expo, or record the address for an in-person one. Exhibitors and judges work online either way.
FIP or APS rules
Choose the ruleset in Setup. Classes, criteria, youth exhibits and medal levels follow it.
Any size
You buy a package of frames that fits your expo. A small club show and a large international one use the same workflow.
Registration, your way
Not every exhibition collects entries the same way, and you can combine several.
The expo's own registration form
Exhibitors register themselves in the expo's portal with an e-mail link, no password. Set the dates, the rules and the fees in Setup.
Approve as you prefer
Accept entries automatically, or review each one before the exhibitor can build an exhibit. You follow the live counts either way.
Your forms or a CSV
Keep your own PDF forms, or upload a CSV of the entrants you invited directly and let the platform create their exhibits.
From your own system
Already have a registration system? Create an API key and send entries from it. The API documentation explains how.
Evaluation, your way
Choose the mode in Setup. The same Jury Room, results and palmarès work with all four.
Manual
Judges score every exhibit themselves, in teams, against the criteria of the ruleset, and reconcile the team score in the virtual Jury Room.
Automatic
Every entry is scored automatically against FIP or APS criteria, with commentary, on the date you choose. Useful when there is no jury or you want fast feedback.
Hybrid
Blend the judges' scores with the automatic result, using a weight you set.
Assisted
Judges see the automatic evaluation first, as a reference, then enter their own score, which is the one that counts.
Questions about registration and evaluation
Which evaluation mode should I choose?
Manual if a jury judges every exhibit, automatic if you have no jury or want quick feedback, hybrid to combine both with a weight, and assisted when you want judges to decide with the automatic result as a reference.
Are automatic results final?
No. Automatic evaluation gives your jury a documented starting point. On expos with human judging, results are approved by the organizer before they are published.
Can exhibitors register without an account?
Yes. They sign in with a single-use link sent to their e-mail. The organizer decides whether each registration is approved automatically or reviewed.
Can I use my own registration system?
Yes. Create an API key and send entries from your system, or import a CSV of the exhibitors you invited.
Can I change the mode after setup?
Dates, ruleset and evaluation mode lock when you finish Setup. If you finished too early, contact support and an administrator can reopen the stage.
